The Unending Memories

The two year memories of being together

I have never imagined myself that i will be this happy meeting new classmates, I thought of not forgetting that my Junior High School memories is the best I have of all but when I get to know and bond with my new classmates as the day passed I realize that they are worth keeping in my heart and they are extraordinary people and who will always keep you smile everyday.

IMSA Group Organization

IMSA Group Organization

This group photo was taken last year 2018 when we were grade 11. Even though we are from different sections we still manage ourselves to interact with them and I get to know them in the prayer room. IMSA are the first people who I let myself to interact with. In grade 11 we are a little bit shy to each other and are not really that close but as time passed we are getting comfortable with one another. Despite of hectic schedules and deadlines of the projects like what a busy students are, We are not only a student but also a child of God for we still find our way to the prayer room. We practiced ourselves being a strong students at the same time we get to strengthen our faith in God.

Teachers’ Day

Teachers’ Day

is celebrated on September 5th and is a day to express the love and gratitude we feel towards those who have taught us in life. Though it is very obvious that we are going to surprise our class advisers we still give him a appreciation of gratitude and love for teaching us and making our day a day of laughter. We give him a tea and cupcakes and we also wrote a message which placed in the DIY frame that my classmate made.

Career day

Career day was required to wear something that would showcase what type of profession  you dream to be in the future. The STEM strand are expected to wear their attire that has a great resemblance with their strand such as doctor, engineering and etc. Most of the STEM student are wearing their doctor and nurses attire, most of them are girls. Most of the boys are wearing a formal suit of becoming an engineer. The other strand wear a different profession attire like becoming a teacher, soldier, police and flight attendant.

United Nation Day

United Nation Day

Students are required to wear attire that is usually worn by the country selected by each section. Our section have randomly selected the Turkey so we all decided to wear muslim attire.

In traditional Islamic societies, women dress very modestly in public, and wear more revealing clothing only in family quarters among close relatives.

Until recently, the major fashion in Turkey was for European and American-style “secular” clothing in public—uncovered heads, forearms and calves in warm weather—though most older and some younger Turkish women continued to adopt the conservative tesettür style in public: headscarf and long, light cover-all topcoat covering arms and legs completely, even in summer.

This was my first time eating together with them which I really enjoyed much. We also have a Cheering Performance to present which is also graded. Each strands and section has to present a cheer and unfortunately we did not win but atleast we treasured those memories of embarrassment and enjoyment.

Christmas Party

Christmas party was celebrated on december 17. Plenty of delicious foods was prepared and sets of games and activities are played together with our adoptive family. We exchanged gifts after having lunch while making fun and teasing each other. Unfortunately we did not have a group photo as a whole 12-G

Though it is not allowed to us not to attend or celebrate christmas party for muslims, we did have party but for friendly party and enjoyment and also about having fun.
